About Us

Fermentum Consulting is a team of experts specialized in the field of leavening, in restaurant management and in supporting companies for the development of innovative products.

 

We work worldwide offering professional assistance to entrepreneurs who want to invest in the art of baking: from Neapolitan to Italian pizza and the other different types of pizzas prepared in the four corners of the globe, from bread-making to bakery products, as well as leavened cakes (e.g. panettone, colomba, pandoro), in addition to the specific staff training in the various business sections and the opening of new pizzerias with a complete assistance, from planning to follow-up.

 

We provide consultancy to pizza equipment, flour and raw material producers and we collaborate with vocationa training schools and Universities.
